St. Mark Child and Family Development Center accepts children ages six weeks to five years of age.

UICS’ goal is to empower children and their families by creating a life-long love of learning.

UICS offers a research tested and scientifically based creative curriculum, teachers that are credentialed above standard requirement for early childhood education. A quality ratio of 1:4 teacher to infant/toddler ratio and 1:9 preschool child to teacher ratio and a diverse population of children, teachers and administrative staff.

In addition, Arts @ St.Marks grants a colorful learning experience by giving children and family the opportunity to experience plays, concerts, self directed art, field trips and community events.

As a collaborative Head Start facility, we have students whose families qualify for the Head start program, receive assistance through the Missouri Department of Social Services Child Care Assistance Program, pay the full or partial enrollment cost, or a combination.
